Don Frye says he found Dan Henderson to be, well, not very nice. When I mentioned his comments to Henderson, he was surprised and said he thought they were friends. Frye also says in order to receive better pay, fighters need to tell Dana White to kiss their rear. We are of course keeping it cleaner than Don does in the must-watch interview.
Frye also calls GSP the best in the world, but mentions Anderson Silva and Jon Jones as the other best fighters in the world.

Russ you think Frye never has been relevant??? Are you serious??? The man was a destroyer and created some of the best fights ever in early MMA. Did you start watching MMA last year?

Just go online and watch some frye vids. he was an animal.. He,s kinda bitter bout being broke and not making the big sums like these guys nowadays. but he is right ,the fighters need to make more money. a man only has so many fights in him, and put their life on the line when they step into the octagon. dana white and crowd are very greedy indeed. But anyone that truly knows MMA frye has a cemented legacy and i just wish he was in his prime now. he would shake things up today.
